About Bram and Bluma Appel Salon

Located in the trendy Yorkville area of downtown Toronto, the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon is on the second floor of the Toronto Reference Library. This venue is unique, contemporary, and versatile, perfect for weddings, corporate meetings and other special events. The outside terraces overlooks Rosedale Valley and provides breathtaking views of Toronto. The Library has a comprehensive collection to support an event theme, creating a unique experience. You have the option to rent individual rooms, or rent the full Appel Salon, which is comprised of three modular spaces: Epic Hall, Prologue and Novella Room. All three will accommodate up to 575 guests, making this perfect for Bram and Bluma Appel Salon weddings.

Whether you are booking a wedding at the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon, a corporate meeting, fundraising event, or product launches, the Bram and Bluma Appel Salon is an ideal place. This venue space is the largest and will accommodate up to 400 guest for a sit down dinner or 458 for a reception. The Terrace can be used separate from Prologue with a retractable glass partition.

This space can provide a pre-function space to both Epic Hall and Novella and can accommodate up to 250 guests for a reception. This event space has a raised platform with a window as long as the east wall, with its own terrace, fully equipped service bar, and separate entrance.

This is the smallest room, and offers a more intimate setting suitable for receptions or meetings and will accommodate up to 118 for a reception and 90 guests for a seated dinner.
